New and need help

Hey guys I'm completely new to this and honestly have no idea where to start. I've never tried to do TK until now and I've never really done any PK exercises including meditation. So any help would be appreciated. Where do I start? Should I practice mediation first or can I try to do actual telekinesis. Please help.

Hey,

I would suggest to start by becoming one with the object. You could observe the object, acquiring the feeling of what it would be like if you were the object.
At first you could also watch youtube videos of psychokinesis demonstrations with the goal of acquiring the sensation of the object and how psychokinesis works on it.

It's usually suggested to meditate before practising pk, but you could also meditate while performing pk by resting your consciousness in the object.

Once you have become one with the object, you can move it by moving yourself.

A few topics that might shed some additional light on how to start:

Something a bit more heavy (out of body experiences and their relation to psychokinesis):

Don't expect to see effects right away, though. It takes time (your mileage may vary from an instant to several years).

Wow man, it's fun to gain insight into the way I thought 4 years back, lol.  Basically the same, but more refined I guess. Thanks for the posts Sussch:)
